Background

The energy capacity of a celestial body, as the name suggests, determines the ‘maximum’ amount of energy that can be held at any one time. Technically, this more-so refers to the point at which no more energy will be generated. This means a celestial body can hold over 100% of its energy capacity, but will degenerate energy (the rate of which increases the further above 100% the body has, and slows down the closer to 100% it gets).

The energy capacity of a celestial body is shown next to a single lightning bolt icon in the information pane.

Base Capacity

The energy capacity is dependent on six factors:

Round Multiplier

In some rounds (namely, DFDAO’s Arena), the Energy Capacity multiplier may be set to a variety of different values.
