You need to activate Kardashev artifact on your own planet. Since step 2 kardashev operation require planet level ≥3, it is better to activate Kardashev artifact on level [3,9] planet.
Kardashev artifact will not disappear after deactivation.
You can only do kardashev operation ****on level [3,9] planet.
Kardashev operation will make the Kardashev artifact disappear, and a blue circle with 2500 radius will show up.
After activate bomb on planet, you need to wait 2 hours to do Kardashev operation
There is also a 2-hour cooldown period between two 'Kardashev' operations.
150,000 silver will need to be extracted through spacetime rips to pay for the “rare materials” needed by kardashev operation.
The amount of silver consumed each kardashev operation is the same.
blue planet = the planet’s energy and silver will be transferred to the center planet.
Once the blue circle show up,
there is a 2-hour cooldown before you can blue your first planet!
You can only blue level [3,9] your owned planets in your blue circle.
